What is it? How is it? But most importantly, what does it really mean to me? Misunderstandings about the Holy Trinity are the cause of many of the world’s cults, and many a Christian heresy. Describing One God, in three persons is never easy. Our finite existence limits our capacity to comprehend, but, there are analogies that hold meaning, and can help describe that most important, and pertinent of doctrines of the Faith. It all lies in the word “person.” But, what does the doctrine of the Trinity mean to us in our every-day lives? What meaning does it hold in our relationship with God?
