The Last Straw

The United States has had presidents that were heroes as well as some that were anti-heroes.  Some have been excellent leaders others were mediocre at best.  Like all other men there were none that were perfect but all seemed aware of the oath of office and to uphold the constitution they took at their inauguration.

History is witness to how well they carried out that responsibility.  The constitution of the United States of America was established to guarantee individual freedom (Preamble to Constitution) and states rights.  It purposely limited rights of the central government to the intent of making certain that power would not be concentrated in the hands of only a few.

For those that have not studied history because the public school system has relegated that subject to irrelevancy; the monarchy was the only established rule in European nations and divine right of succession of kings  was the means of establishing a ruling monarch on the throne.  Adams, Jefferson, Washington, Franklin and all other delegates to the continental congress, to a man, wanted to avoid establishment of a strong central government and therefore an American Monarchy.  They opted for a government of the people, by the people and for the people.

They wanted debate to be an open and free intercourse and not stifled by a small group of elite rulers.

In the last five months The constitution has systematically undergone siege. It has been undermined (whether by design, neglect, arrogance or ignorance is unimportant; the results are the same); it is in danger of being destroyed.  When it is gone there will be absolutely no protection against suppressive, intrusive government invasion into every single facet of the lives of every American citizen.  What will follow is a modified fascist-styled dictatorship.

This nation will follow the style of the “banana republic” dictatorships of the past two centuries in the Central and South Americas.   Those are not altogether unlike the post-colonial regimes in Africa and other parts of the world.

If the founding fathers thought the Constitution of the United States of America was worth hazarding their lives, their fortunes and their honor to establish it, it must at least be worthy of the support of its citizens today.

For the first time it would appear a president was elected that has been called a self styled “messiah.”  His admirers now claim he is more; he is not an ordinary man but above all other men; even  God.

Leaders of this nation have opened the sessions of the House of Representatives and Senate since its inception.  God and Christ have been honored in all official government functions.

There are those that wondered why the United States, the surviving super power in the world in the end time did not receive even an honorable mentioned in scripture.  The revelation of this mystery appears to be fairly obvious.  In the prescience of God he foresaw the leader of this nation betraying it as Judas did Jesus Christ.

First of all God was honored in the foundation of this nation.  The founding fathers were godly men and most were Christians.  Twenty two delegates to the constitutional congress and signers of the declaration of independence were Christian ministers.  The government of the emerging nation followed the scripture in its system of freedoms and checks and balances to protect its citizens.

The nation was blessed by God for more than two hundred years.  Unless this nation repents God will destroy it.

Some will say, “He won’t do that, He is the God of love!”

He is love, but He is also Just.  The people, since they elect its leaders, have turned this government and themselves from honoring Him.   The innocent will suffer with the guilty; but then, they always do!

The God who has said, “You shalt have no other gods before me.  [Do] not make to yourself any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: [Do] not bow down yourself to them, nor serve them (Exodus 20: 3-5).” He will not tolerate exalting a man as god.

The American Civil Liberties Union runs amok unrestrained.  It has systematically set about to destroy every last vestige of Christian morality.  Liberalism and secular humanists have joined with them to bring it about.  In the last fifty years Judaism and Christianity have been under a most severe attack; they are challenged by anti-God forces and the name of God is now removed from all public schools, public functions and activities.  That can not stand unchallenged.

The naming of the president as a god is the final straw.  “God is long suffering (patient) and not willing that any should perish; but, that all should come to repentance.”

“Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh (Matthew 18:7)!”  Unless it repents this nation shall perish; God can do all things and will keep every promise; but, II Chronicles 7: 14 not withstanding; He can not allow any challenge to His majestic glory go unanswered.  He will maintain His sanctity.  God is love but he is also just!

2. The term Fascism was first used of the pragmatic totalitarian regime in Italy (1922–43).  The regimes of Germany (1932-44)and Spain (1936-1973) were also fascist. The Italian dictator’s father was an admirer of Benito Juarez of Mexico and named his son in honor of that Mexican hero. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one closely defined group, a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach.  For this reason they develop contempt for the masses and tend to treat them in a herd mentality as inconsequential menials. Both Italy and Germany used the tumultuous times of crisis, anarchy and famine in Europe brought on by a collapse of government after World War I to gain control of the governments of those nations and establish a pragmatic dictatorship.  At the same time Russia had undergone a socialist revolution, slaughtered the ruling monarch of Russia and introduced a Marxist-collectivist system of government.  In the early days leading up to World War II Russia aligned itself with Germany but later broke with them when they invaded Poland and annexed Czecho-Slovakia and moved into the Balkans to overrun the oil fields in Romania and Bulgaria for their war machine. Germany and Italy used the Spanish revolution as a proving grounds for tactics and weapons being developed for Germany’s attempt to overrun Europe.   German aircraft was used and German pilots were trained in the Spanish Civil war.  Germany and Italy formed an Axis Pact which was extended to include Japan during World War II.

(II Thessalonians 2: 3-4) This is the same as “The son of perdition” (John 17: 12; & II Thessalonians 2: 3) who, after the style of Judas, who betrayed Jesus Christ, will betray the Jews in the time of “Jacob’s trouble.”

6. Isaiahroman is not charging anyone with making a claim that he is God; rather we are merely reporting that there are those who have likened one to God. However, it is also true that the person in question has not publicly rebuked his followers for calling him one either.
