Murder and Manslaughter
“Whoso sheds man’s blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man” (Genesis 9:6).
“So ye shall not pollute the land wherein ye are: for blood it defiles the land: and the land cannot be cleansed of the blood that is shed therein, but by the blood of him that shed it.” (Numbers 35: 33-34) “He [God] said, What have you done? the voice of your brother’s blood cries unto me from the ground” (Genesis 4: 10).
“Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father” (Matthew 10:29). If then a sparrow, will not God see a man or woman fall without knowing it and requiring the life of the killer? What is man that he can withstand God? The crime of murder will not go unpunished! “Vengeance is mine; I will repay, said the Lord” (Romans 12:19).
Jurisprudence in western civilized, “Christianized” nations for the crimes of murder or manslaughter finds its genesis in Holy Scripture of Jews and Christians; crimes wherein one person unilaterally deprives another of life are the most heinous. Death is so very final! Those crimes are the utmost in iniquity.1
In the United States Constitution this is a part of that which is guaranteed its citizens. It guarantees the following; “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”
These are foundational elements of a life worth living. Without the first the second and third are oxymoronic.2 Life, freedom and boundaries established for pursuit of happiness are foundational. Lose any one of these and the citizens become slaves to the system not the system a servant for the citizens. Only an arrogate3 or tyrant seeks to eliminate one or all of these for his own iniquitous elevation. Control over life is a form of subjugation.
It is beyond reason that there are so many who are willing to trade the right to life for something of far lesser worth; a false sense of security. There are many who would give up anything, everything willingly as exchange for some sense of peace and safety. Those who do deserve to be subjugated and live in the misery of slavery. They are even willing to force slavery on others who are not so accepting, or so foolish.
It is also difficult to understand why those that have escaped slavery so recently should so soon forget the means and meaning of their enslavement. They so willingly sell themselves to a new task master for so much less in the hope of so much more. This hope is empty, vain, unfulfilled and worse yet, unable to be fulfilled.
First removed is the pursuit of happiness. Once gone, next removed is personal liberty. When liberty is removed, life becomes the whim of the state. These losses are the loss of life, and the institutionalization of murder. When will we exchange the murdering spirit of oligarchy with the righteous spirit of the purgation of wickedness?

- It is very interesting and so unfathomable that Liberal Progressives are able to twist the constitution and permit a mother to kill (abort) her child in the womb and at the same time refuse to take the life of an adult murderer who commits the same act.
