The OT: “if you do these things I command you I will bless you. The NT: if you believe Jesus is my Son and ask for salvation in His name I will bless you.
There are those that attempt also to make the case that the OT was a Covenant of Law and the NT was a covenant of grace. The truth is God has always dealt with mankind with Love from which issues forth in Grace, Mercy and Forgiveness in both covenants.
“He hath not beheld iniquity in Jacob, neither hath he seen perverseness in Israel: the Lord his God is with him, and the shout of a king is among them.” (Numbers 23:21)
Jesus is that prophet, priest, and king that came as God’s mediator between Himself and mankind. Jesus came to fulfill the Law of Moses. By grace through faith all mankind, both Jew and Gentile is redeemed and saved through the blood of the Messiah shed on the cross!
Jesus Christ is the “daysman” Job (Job 9: 33) longed for in his sore tribulation.
Those called out in Jesus name have the same promise from God. Those that believe Jesus is the Son of God and therefore His heir and wait faithfully and look forward to his second coming with His saints in glory to defeat the adversary of man and enemy of God He sees them as having their sins forgiven by Jesus’ blood. When God looks at a Christian He beholds no iniquity in them as well. Christ paid for the sins of the whole world, Jew and Gentile alike, on the cross.
God is no respecter of persons! All men are created equal at birth; it is what they do with the promise of God, concerning His only begotten Son Jesus the Christ, after they are born that brings eternal life.
