Universal Marriage

by Isaiah Roman

It is very difficult to understand the war that is being waged in the present society over marriage. God set the “times appointed and the bounds of their habitation [moral, physical and geographic]” (Acts 17:26) for male and female in all things; marriage included. Marriage is an institution of God, created for the propagation of the race (Genesis 2:24). It is quite impossible for a two members of a single gender, of and by themselves, to propagate a race. Without both genders in flesh and blood creatures and as well botanical life propagation of a species is impossible. It is the law of nature!

The Wrong Questions

by Isaiah Roman

Jesus had an interesting tactic in speaking; the question. When engaged by an opponent he would ask a question, a question that would reframe the conversation into a context. Having perfect knowledge of the actual intent of the opponent helps. Since we lack this intrinsic ability, we need help. That help comes in many forms, but the chief of these is discernment.

Our Times

by Isaiah Roman

The final days of the kingdom of Judah was a time like our present one; a time which this nation and the world has fallen heir. Isaiah, Jeremiah and Ezekiel prophesied in those days of the wrath of God on His chosen people. The church today has a great deal to say of the “love of God” but has ceased warning the people to “flee from the wrath of God to come” for those who turn their faces away and put His law behind their back. Time and again God has held out His hand toward this nation and the entire western culture; but, God has turned away from them. He has poured out His love and grace toward this people in tremendous blessings. This nation has reached the highest in power and glory since the nation of Israel in the time of David and Solomon. But the time of reverence has passed;

Do Who You Are

by Isaiah Roman

Isaiah Roman is about two things; discernment and prophecy. Discernment is about determining what is, and what is not, God’s will. Prophecy is about speaking the words and will of God to the people.

Prelude

by Isaiah Roman

“When the children of Israel were gone forth out of the land of Egypt, the same day came they into the wilderness of Sinai. For they were departed from Rephidim, and were come to the desert of Sinai, and had pitched in the wilderness; and there Israel camped before the mount. And Moses went up unto God, and the LORD called unto him out of the mountain, saying, Thus shalt thou say to the house of Jacob, and tell the children of Israel; Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagles’ wings, and brought you unto myself. Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine: And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel. And Moses came and called for the elders of the people, and laid before their faces all these words which the LORD commanded him. And all the people answered together, and said, All that the LORD hath spoken we will do. And Moses returned the words of the people unto the LORD.” – Exodus 19:1-8

Only Help and Cure

by Isaiah Roman

The entire correctional system in the western world will confess that crime cannot be avoided. They believe through evolution of the mind one day crime will eventually be overcome. Crime is considered a disease. It’s almost as though they believe an individual is infested with a crime “microbe,” except there is no cure… yet. The law will keep it in check while the scientific community works on a cure. They consider the death penalty as ineffectual against crime as a deterrent and seek to mitigate the conditions of punishment to a more “humane” standard.

Eyes of the Lord

by Isaiah Roman

Glorious things of thee are spoken,
Zion, city of our God!
He, whose word cannot be broken,
Form’d thee for his own abode.
On the Rock of Ages founded,
What can shake thy sure repose?
With salvation’s walls surrounded,
Thou may’st smile at all thy foes.
