A Warning From Biden
Before the election, Joe Biden gave a dire warning that there would be some force “out there” that would test this young president within the first few months of his taking office. I know what Joe meant, and I know how he’s been interpreted. I also know that such an attack would be most beneficial to the Obama agenda.
One of the primary measures Obama wants to enact is the establishment of a homeland defense force capable of responding to any “emergency.” The initial formation of this department will be made up of “volunteer” experts in law, medicine, forensics, and security. These experts will number some 25,000. This core group of experts will then be tasked with gathering and training a much larger collection of “volunteers” to fill the ranks of an internal defense force equal the size of the military.
The strategy of the previous administration was to take the fight to foreign soil, and let the blood be shed in the sands of the enemy’s strong-hold. This way the focus of the fighting would be held away from this nation’s shores, and would be concentrated in a place where the enemy was morally, mentally, and physically committed. Barak Obama wants to change all of that and leave these people alone. This means they get to sit backand plot their next move with impunity. The type of manpower it will take to stop such an attack is staggering. We would have to watch every container, on every port; every package and bag in every airport; and we would have to have internal surveillance like never before in this nation.
The execution of the establishment of this defence force is not the trick. Making this defence force responsible only to the presidency, only to the executive branch; this is the trick. As of today the President of the United States is barred from using any police or military force arbitrarily. Despite what the popular media would have one believe, the president did go to congress, and he did receive permission from congress to use the military to invade Iraq. What happens when the president no longer needs permission, and his guns are no longer aimed at a foreign nation? Who will he go after first?
The internal police is coming, one way or another. I just think it would be a lot easier, and a lot faster if somehow this country were attacked. By removing the ability for our intelligence community to predict such an attack, and by removing the only reason why the enemy needs not come to our shores for an attack, Barak Obama is inviting an assault on our shores. When the attack comes people will cry out for defense, they’ll welcome a national protection force with open arms. Once this force is established, it must then be fed, nurtured, and directed; but it will never be abolished.
We should listen to our leaders, and really understand what they have to say. Joe Biden wasn’t joking when he warned us what was going to happen. He was simply telling us to get ready.
