A little hate speech…
Those who have decided that a gay lifestyle is their lot in life have voraciously gone after public support, legal affirmation and social endorsement. Having received only marginal results in their efforts, and having suffered crushing defeats in 47 of 50 states, they now seek to enforce silence from the opposition by making any statement against being “gay” a matter of civil rights, equal to a hate crime and punishable under the law. If you can’t win in the arena, poison the wine. For the first time in the history of the United States we will face a legal circumstance where the freedom of speech and freedom of religious expression will be crushed beneath the weight of the will and purpose of a minority 4% of the population. It is the ACLU’s dream case; the final abrogation of the constitution and the silencing of the only voice of opposition.
It’s sad to me that we can have pornography, pseudo-child pornography, aberrant sexual practices, blood, guts, violence for a small monthly fee; all in the name of freedom of speech and expression, yet saying that homosexuality is a sin is worthy of arrest and imprisonment. Think I’m being paranoid? Ask Ake Green, a Swedish pastor who spent a month in jail for hate speech against homosexuality after a similar law against “hate speech” was introduced in Sweden. Ake was released after an appeal ruled that preaching about homosexuality doesn’t necessarily infer “incitement to violence” against homosexuality. What if the appeal had gone another way? What if that same appeal were tried in the 9th circuit court of the United States?
Test after test, study after study has been conducted in the attempt to prove that homosexuality is a genetic trait. All of these studies and tests have failed, and in fact have to a great degree worked against the premise. Scientists are now working on a combination of genetic factors and behavioral influences as a cause for homosexuality. Ironically, in California it’s been determined by law that a person’s sexual identity is really a matter of personal choice. Which is it; a matter of choice, or no choice at all? The answer to this question doesn’t seem to matter, because no one seems to be looking closely enough at the stupidity of it all to even attempt a challenge.
The simple truth is that science has begun to affirm what had already been known for thousands of years. Homosexuality is a mental aberration, and is detrimental in it’s effects on the human organism. The causes of homosexuality have been cataloged, researched and studied over hundreds of thousands of cases, each case consistently proving the precedents of each previous study. Genetics does not contribute significantly to homosexuality in any way.
The “gay community” is furious at the “radical Christian right” who are trying to oppress them. At last count the gay community stands for about 4% of the population and the Christian right stands for between 64% and 74% of the population. Yet, the 4% want the 64% to acquiesce and accept them as equal, make special exceptions to the rules that have governed all of society for thousands of years, and furthermore, keep their mouths shut in matters of legislation and government concerning their position in society.
Now, here’s the REALLY ironic part of all of this. According to pure secular, humanist, evolutionary thought, the homosexual, if proved to be of genetic origin, is a part of the species that must be eliminated. In fact, if evolution created such a creature, it’s because their genetic line is at a point of extinction, and the person is a genetic dead end. If only the strong survive, and the best genetics carry on, then where does that leave the homosexual? Whereas, in a Christian world view EVERY life has meaning and every life has purpose, therefore every life has value. The homosexual is no different than the mass murderer, the thief, or the adulterer. Each of these persons is equally sinful and is equally offered forgiveness and relief from that sin.
Unfortunately this witness is ruined by a minority of preachers, pastors, bishops and deacons who have made high profile blunders of astronomical proportions. First, in claiming to be Christian while still suffering from homosexual tendencies, and second by not making their weaknesses known to their brothers so that they are not placed in a position of temptation, and are put in a place where they can receive the care and attention that they really need. These fools have given the enemies of God and Christ ample ammunition to use in their attack on grace and truth. Far better had they at one time suffered from these problems, and were then found to be clean than to suffer silently and never be cleansed.
Now we face a time in our nation when this small minority of mentally ill constituents have garnered such sympathetic support that they actually may have the ability to destroy the very foundations of this nation. Barak Obama has an entire litany of agenda points directed at nothing more than glorifying the “Gay Lesbian, Transgender, Transsexual” person. His policy equates these conditions as equal to civil rights, meaning that he equates the plight of the people who suffer from these aberrations as equal to the rights movement of the 1960′s. He will, if allowed to fulfill his promises, destroy marriage, destroy the American family, and institutionalize mental illness as a normative state of being. I wonder, are those who are attracted to have sex with children simply born that way? What about those who like to have sex with the dead, are they just born that way?
When does this madness stop? It stops when mankind wakes up and sees the lie for what it is. It stops when people actually listen to what’s going on. It stops when God steps out from heaven and causes the individual to wake up and see the world for what it is. We are here to sound the warning horn. It’s up to you to wake up and put on your armor.
21 For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22 Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools 23 and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like mortal human beings and birds and animals and reptiles.
24 Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. 25 They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen.
26 Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. 27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.
28 Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done. 29 They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, 30 slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; 31 they have no understanding, no fidelity, no love, no mercy. 32 Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.
