God created humans in His own image, and because we are created in His image, we have an innate desire for subject-object relationships. We have a massive desire for interaction with God;1 but, sin (self-indulgence) demands that we exalt our own individuality. This errant, illogical, humanistic thought corrupts and even at times inhibits reception of God’s revelation to mankind.
I am always amazed that there are millions who see enactments of Hamlet or read the play who do not know God nor Jesus other than by name who are outraged by the lack of fairness or justice in it all and are filled with self righteousness indignation!
